Zoeva brush set

In February I made a very exciting purchase with Zoeva and got a brush set from them, the rose gold luxury set, and Oh Emmm Geee I am glad I have this to add to the collection.

As I have had them a couple of months I thought it gives enough time to use and get a good feel for them before writing a fair review.

The brushes are amazing, they make applying make up a doddle. 

The set consists of 8 brushes* (brushes names and coding at bottom), a powder brush, silk finish (I use for foundation), luxe sheer cheek, concealer buffer very like real techniques base shadow brush, soft definer, petit crease and wing liner. Also a very gorgeous brown clutch case to hold them (and also fit a few essential make up bits!)

My favourites have to be the silk finish, luxe sheer cheek, petit crease and wing liner (which I use for my eyebrows)!  My least used one is the powder brush, I find this one a bit too rough for my Rimmel face powder, but ok for my Estee Lauder one, I did try it with my friend’s hourglass ambient lighting powder and was perfect for that.

The brushes are synthetic and apart from the powder one the others are super soft! 

I have washed them (obviously!) and they washed well although when drying they became slightly misshapen, kinda a bit too fluffy? Also the metal part tarnished a little.

I would definitely buy from Zoeva again, and have my eye on a few other brushes!  The brushes were packaged so well and arrived fairly quickly considering they came from Germany.

1. I brush my teeth excessively. 

2. I am 25 years young.

3. I studied Business Admin & IT in college.

4. Although I wanted to study Beauty, my mum thought Business would be more useful!

5. My first concert was Busted.

6. Favourite colour is burgundy.

7. Favourite Film is The Notebook, I have 2 copies in case one stops working!! Also, Mean Girls is up there with my favourite!

8. I have green eyes although my left eye is quarter brown.

9. My favourite program ATM is Teen Mom.

10.  I have a phobia of submarines.

11. My first pet was a beautiful dog called Rusty, he was a collie mix and was just perfect.

12. I have an older brother and sister, therefore the youngest but definitely not spoilt!! ;)

13. My favourite song ATM is Vance Joy - Riptide, can not stop singing it, love the album too, very chilled out!

14. I LOVE Girls Aloud and went to their last concert and sang every song at the top of my lungs!

15. I have a scar on my forehead from running into the edge of a door frame when a toddler, I didn't want my nappy changed!

16. I sucked my thumb till I was 8 years old, and only because my sister threatened not to talk to me I stopped!

17. I love baking.

18. I hate being alone in the house.

19. My perfect night would be a home cooked meal, putting a film on, glass of red wine and lots of goodies.

20. I fall asleep insanely quickly.

21. I love tea!

22. My favourite smell is vanilla.

24. I have been driving for 2 years now.

Another year... another blog...

So after another year passes two blogs which I don't use I have made another blog which I intend to put more "stuff" on!

I really like this blog name and has taken me such a long time to think of one I am happy with, as I am a proud scot this is way more suitable for me!!

So...... we are now way into, nearing the end of the most depressing month being January.
What I have accomplished so far is going to my bootcamp classes WHOOP!! (which I started a whole month early! *insert shocked face*) Actually running outside!! Climbing a proper hill (Ben Tianavaig - have a gander on google!), being a bit more positive with things happening which I think exercise is helping with!  Been getting my skincare regime up to scratch, I actually never had one before (slaps wrist) now that I am 26 I think I should be taking care of my skin a whole lot better as my luck will soon run out.  I am lucky that I have inherited such good skin.  I will probably do a post on this in the future once I am truly happy with all the products!
I have accomplished using faaar too many exclamation marks in this post!!!!!

I am really excited for what 2014 brings hopefully lots of adventures, being a blondie again and loosing a few more pounds (in weight)!
Hopefully I will be a lot more active on here, really wanting to get a nice design for the page, does anyone have advice?
